摘　　要：为保证副井延深作业人员的安全及副井罐笼的正常运行 ,在副井井底水窝富余空间内 ,构筑人工保护盘 。For ensuring the safety of vice shaft extending operater and normal work of cage,the artificial protecting plate was built in the free area of floor sump for resisting the impact of lifter suddenly dropping.
