摘　　要：介绍了兰州石化公司石油化工厂400kt/a芳烃抽提装置抽提单元的主要流程及主要控制参数,分析了抽提塔的各个参数对系统的影响,提出了各参数的控制方法;抽提塔界位是抽提塔的主要控制参数,也是影响整个系统的主要因素和提高产品质量的重要手段,对抽提塔界位的波动原因进行了分析并提出了控制措施.The petrochemical plant at Lanzhou Petrochemical works has an aromatic extraction unit in 400,000 tons/year and the extraction tower is its main equipment. Various parameters impacting this system are analyzed; The control methods of these parameters are elucidated. The interface of the tower is the key parameter affecting the whole system and the most important factor in improving the quality of products.
