头孢他啶联合沐舒坦治疗小儿肺炎的临床评价

摘　　要：目的：探讨头孢他啶联合沐舒坦治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例符合肺炎诊断标准的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。所有患儿在给予对症支持治疗的基础上,对照组使用头孢他啶40mg/kg,加入10%葡萄糖注射液100ml静脉滴注,2次/d（12h/次）;观察组在静脉滴注头孢他啶的同时加用沐舒坦,〈2岁7.5mg/次,2次/d,2~6岁7.5mg/次,3次/d（8h/次）,≥7岁15mg/次,2次/d。缓慢静滴,两组疗程均为7d。结果：观察组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为77.5%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组在症状体征消失时间、实验室指标恢复正常时间及住院天数较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.05）。结论：头孢他啶联合沐舒坦治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效良好,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of ceftazidime compared with mucosolvin for infantile pneumonia. Method： 80 children dignosed as pneumonia were divided into two groups ： observation group and control group. Based on the normal threapies, children in the control group were cured with ceftazidime 40 mg/kg twice a day and children in the observation group were cured with ceftazidime and mucosolvin at the same time. Result： The effective rate of observation group was 90% and that in control group was 77.5%. There were significant differences of the symptomolytic time, extinction time of wheezing sound over lung, recovery time of main laboratory indexes, and hospital day between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Therapeutic regimen that ceftazidime compared with mucosolvin for infantile pneumonia has a good clinical curative effect.
