摘　　要：目的:探讨亲情护理模式在脑出血患者康复中的应用效果。方法:本次研究选择的研究对象共132例,均为2010年1月-2012年1月笔者所在医院神经内科收治的脑出血患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,各66例,对照组采用常规护理模式,干预组在常规护理的基础上采用亲情护理模式,比较两组患者及家属的满意度。结果:干预组患者及家属满意度87.88%明显优于对照组59.09%(P<0.01);随访6个月至5年,干预组患者的生存率、再出血率及死亡率均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:在脑出血患者康复护理期应用亲情护理模式,能显著提高患者的临床治愈率,降低再出血率,提升患者及家属满意度,促进早日康复,值得推广应用。Objective： To investigate family nursing model in rehabilitation of cerebral hemorrhage patients application effect. Method： This research selected object of 132 cases, all of the 2010 January -2012 year in January my courtyard neurological department of internal medicine treated patients with intracerebral hemorrhage, They were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 66 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing mode, the intervention group on the basis of conventional nursing care model with affection. Compared two groups of patients and family satisfaction. Result： The patients, in the intervention group and family satisfaction was 87.88%, It was better than the control group 59.09% （ P〈0.01 ） ; a follow-up of 6 months -5 years, the survival rate of patients in the intervention group, the rate of rebleeding and mortality were significantly better than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： In cerebral hemorrhage patients of rehabilitation nursing of family nursing mode, can significantly improve the clinical cure rate, reduce the rate of rebleeding, improve patient and family satisfaction, and promote an early recovery, it is worthy of popularization and application.
