环孢素A联合小剂量激素治疗老年膜性肾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察环孢素A联合小剂量激素治疗老年膜性肾病的临床疗效和安全性。方法：40例均经肾活检确诊为膜性肾病的老年患者，采用糖皮质激素强的松O．5mg／（kg·d）加环孢素A3-5mg／（kg·d），分2次口服治疗，观察治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、血胆固醇、血肌酐，同时观察药物不良反应，观察时间为8周。结果：用药治疗后2周血清白蛋白上升，24h尿蛋白定量、血胆固醇均下降，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。不良反应轻微，未影响治疗。结论：环孢素A联合小剂量激素治疗老年膜性肾病是安全有效的，是治疗中老年膜性肾病的又一种可行性途径。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Ciclospofin A combined with low-dose prednisolone treatment of old patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy（IMN）.Methods： 40 old patients diagnosed as idiopathic membranous nephropathy by renal biopsy were treated with CsA 3-5 mg/（kg ~ d） and combination with low-dose prednisolone.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The 24 hours quantitative urinary proteins, plasma albumin, plasma cholesterol, plasma creatinine were detected before and after treatment.Results： After treatment for 2 weeks, 24 hour urinary protein（24 h Pro）, plasma cholesterol, plasma albumin were changed statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.Concluslon： Cyelosporine A combination with low-dose prednisolone to treat old patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy has a significant curative effect.
