免陪护护理模式在肛肠科护理工作中应用的意义研究

摘　　要：目的:为了进一步研究和比较笔者所在医院针对肛肠科患者所提出的免陪护护理模式临床实际护理效果,从而为临床肛肠科护理工作提供有效的借鉴和参考。方法:本文以笔者所在医院肛肠科2009年1月-2013年1月收治的96例患者为研究对象,对患者采用不同护理方式后的相关临床效果进行比较研究。结果:两组患者采用不同护理方法后,在总满意度方面,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在住院时间方面,观察组明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对肛肠科患者所提出的免陪护护理模式在临床实践过程中的效果显著,是护理肛肠科患者的可靠选择。Objective： To further study and compare the actual clinical care effect in our hospital for patients with anorectal proposed free chaperone care model, so as to provide effective reference for clinical anorectal care.Methods： 96patients admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013 were chosen as the research object.The clinical effects for patients With different care were taken for comparative study.Results： The two groups of patients with different methods of care, in the total satisfaction between the two groups, the level in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.In the hospitalization time, the patient＇s hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）.Concluslon： The effect in the process of free chaperone care model in the clinical practice is significant, and it is a reliable choice for the anorectal care.
