摘　　要：不锈钢热水加热器在使用中常常发生筒体破裂漏水的问题 ,本文通过材质分析、无损探伤、金相检查等实验手段对加热器筒体及焊缝分别进行分析 ,结果表明 ,造成热水器失效的主要原因是使用过程中供水加药不当 ,适量减少漂白粉 (NaC1O)的用量即可避免过早失效。It is common that body cracks are found on the body of hot water heater.This paper analyses the body and weld of the heater by material analysis,nondestructive testing and metallographic examination.The results show that the body cracks are mainly caused by the improper treatment of disinfecting.Reducing the amount of NaClO is very efficient.
