摘　　要：法医病理尸检中,冠状动脉发育异常致死案例甚少。本文通过一例罕见先天性冠状动脉畸形的尸检案例,探讨冠状动脉畸形的组织病理学特点,提示在检查心脏标本时把握关键点:对冠状动脉的观察和对检材的切取。In forensic pathological autopsy, there are few deaths caused by coronary artery heteroplasia. Based on an autopsy case of congenital coronary artery anomaly which is very rare, this paper discusses the histopathological characteristics of coronary artery anomaly, and points out that it is critical for forensic workers to observe the coronary artery and cut out the check material while checking the heart specimens.
