摘　　要：本文以全面风险管理为依据，综合科研单位在物资需求与供应的特点，进行了物资管理风险分析，提出具体风险控制措施，实施结果表明取得了良好的效果，保证了科研生产的正常进行。Combined with the feature of the material demand and supply in a scientific research institute and with the basis of full--scale risk management, the risks of material management are analyzed, the measures to control the specific risk have been put forward, it turned out that they are very effective, and guaranteed the normal proceeding of the scientific research and production in the scientific research institute.
