高校领导班子要把自觉学习作为一种精神追求

摘　　要：认为文化自觉源于学习自觉,重视和善于学习是中国共产党在90多年的奋斗实践中形成的优良传统和重要政治优势,高校党委和领导班子成员自觉学习是引领高校改革和各项事业发展的重要保证,要把自觉学习作为一种精神追求,真正做到学以立德、学以增智、学以致用。Cultural consciousness comes from learning consciousness. Pay attention to the study and be good at learning is the fine tradition and the important political advantage of Chinese Communist Party during the struggle and practice for 90 years. Conscious study of the party committees of university and members of the leadership is the guarantee of the improvement of the reform. The leading team of colleges and universities should regard conscious study as a kind of spiritual pursuit, to improve the ability of moral, intelligence and application.
