摘　　要：某厂GF造型机改造后,由于设计上的问题,出现了气冲声音异常,砂型冲不实等现象,严重制约了生产任务的完成。文章主要通过对GF气冲造型机安装后出现的故障及排除过程的分析,进一步探讨了气冲故障判断排除的方法。对铸造车间气冲类造型机故障的排除有一定的借鉴意义。The GF moulding machine had troubles of unusual air blast sound and sand mold not compacted etc. due to the design after transformation, which seriously restricted the completion of the production tasks. This paper analyzed the faults and presented the methods of the fault judgment and removal.
