抛丸清理设备中的丸砂分离器结构分析

摘　　要：分离器是抛丸清理设备的关键部件之一,分离效果的好坏直接影响到设备的生产效率、易损件的寿命、周围的粉尘浓度、弹丸的消耗和工件的表面质量等。本文主要针对目前较常用的风选分离器中的帘幕式分离器以及磁风选分离器进行简要的论述,介绍了其组成、工作原理、特点及应用,并分析了抛丸机工作中,由于丸砂分离不彻底而导致的叶片磨损问题,提出了一些解决办法。The separator is one of the key components of the blast cleaning equipment.The separation effect has a direct influence on the production efficiency of the equipment, the life of wearing parts, the dust concentration, the consumption of shot, the surface quality of the workpiece, etc.This paper mainly has a brief discussion on the curtain separator which is one of the more commonly used winnowing separators at present and magnetic winnowing separators.It introduces the composition, working principle, characteristics and applications, and analyzes the problem of blade wear which is caused by the reason that the separation of pill and sand is not complete when the shot blasting machine is working, and puts forward some solutions.
