摘  要:以青花菜为试材,研究了25%海藻有机肥、40%海藻有机肥及三元复合肥作基肥对青花菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:25%海藻有机肥和40%海藻有机肥的产量每667 m2分别为1 678.32 kg、1 704.96 kg,较三元复合肥增产了3.22%、1.61%,但3种肥料处理的差异均不显著;干物质含量、可溶性糖含量分别为14.45%、15.06%和13.59%、14.07%,与对照相比差异也均不显著;每100 g青花菜中Vc含量分别达93.00 mg、97.65 mg,与对照相比差异均达极显著水平。综合分析,施用海藻有机肥能有效地提高青花菜产量,改善品质,并随海藻有机肥含量的增加,提高青花菜产量及改善品质的效果更佳。The effect of 25% seaweed fertilizer,40% seaweed fertilizer and three nutrient compound fertilizer as the base-fatty on the yield and quality of broccoli were studied.The results showed that the yields of 25% seaweed fertilizer and 40% seaweed fertilizer were 1 678.32,1 704.96 kg per 667 m2 respectively and the increasing rate were 3.22%,1.61%,more than the yield of adding three-nutrient compound fertilizer,but the three-nutrient compound fertilizer showed no significant difference(P0.05).The contents of dry matter and soluble sugar in the treatment of 25%,40% seaweed fertilizer were 14.45%,15.06% and 13.59%,14.07% respectively and the three-nutrient compound fertilizer showed no significant difference either(P0.05).Vc contents treated by 25%,40% seaweed fertilizer as the base-fatty were significantly higher than that of CK(P0.01).Application of seaweed fertilizer could increase the yield,improve the quality of broccoli and with the seaweed fertilizer contents enlarging,the effects on increasing the yield,improving the quality were better than the three-nutrient compound fertilizer.
