摘 要:为探讨兔感染大肠杆菌病后血液生理生化指标的变化和内脏实质器官的病理损伤作用,研究将40只健康新西兰兔随机分为4组,第1组为正常对照组(G1),第2组为大肠杆菌感染组(G2),第3组为庆大霉素治疗组(G3),第4组为乳酸菌素治疗组(G4),分别于实验后第1、3、5天采集血样和实质器官组织,测定血液生理生化指标和实质器官病理组织学变化,结果显示大肠杆菌感染对心、肺、肝、肾、脾各实质器官均有病理损伤,对血液指标亦有很大影响。结果表明,大肠杆菌感染对机体的损伤不仅局限于肠道,还可造成全身性的病理损伤。In order to study the effect of colibacillosis on the biochemical and physiological indices and the change in histological structure of parenchymal organs in rabbits,healthy young rabbits were infected with E.coli.Forty healthy rabbits were randomly divided into four groups,the first group was the control group(G1),the second group was E.coli infection group(G2),the third group was gentamicin treatment group(G3),the fourth group was lactobacillus treatment group(G4).The blood samples and tissues of parenchymal organs were collected and determined separately on 1st,3rd and 5th day after artificial infection.The results showed that E.coli infection could damage parenchymal organs,such as heart,lung,liver,kidney and spleen,and that also influenced some biochemical and physiological indices in blood.The results showed that E.coli infection not only damaged the intestine,but also could cause systemic pathological damage.
