摘  要:利用激光诱导击穿光谱技术对赣南脐橙生长环境中的水、土壤以及果实中Cr的光谱特性进行研究。以Cr谱线位置对3种样品进行定性分析,Cr I 425.435 nm特征光谱为分析对象,研究分析3种样品的相对标准偏差(RSD)和信噪比。实验结果显示水溶液、土壤和脐橙样品中Cr光谱的RSD分别为8.7%、7.1%和11.7%,信噪比分别为3.28、10.27和5.34。研究表明不同样品中Cr元素的LIBS光谱特性差异与样品形态及表面平整度有较大关系,要得到高质量的激光诱导击穿光谱信号,不可忽视样品表面状态对激光诱导击穿光谱技术的检测质量带来的影响。To study the characteristics of Cr spectrum by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) in navel orange,water,and soil in the growing environment of Gannan navel orange.The Cr spectrum was used to analyze the three samples qualitatively and Cr I 425.435 nm was the analysis object.The relative standard deviation(RSD) and signal-to-noise ratios of the three samples were analyzed.The RSD of solution,soil and navel orange were 8.7%,7.1% and 11.7% and the signal-to-noise ratios were 3.28,10.27 and 5.34,respectively.the sample shape and surface roughness caused the difference of Cr spectrum by LIBS in the three samples.So if we want to get the high-quality laser induced breakdown spectrum,we should not ignore the effect of the surface of samples on laser induced breakdown spectroscopy
