富血小板血浆治疗手术后切口脂肪液化的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨富血小板血浆治疗手术后切口脂肪液化的临床效果。方法:选择2007年1月到2011年12月我院住院进行手术出现切口脂肪液化80例患者,采取随机抽样原则分两组,对照组39例,采用常规治疗,研究组41例在对照组基础上,采用富血小板血浆治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果:两组切口均无感染发生,与对照组患者比较,研究组患者肉芽形成充分,坏死组织清除,血供良好,色泽红润健康,与对照组平均愈合时间(17.1±3.9)天比较,研究组疗效(9.3±3.1)天。明显增加,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:富血小板血浆治疗手术后切口脂肪液化的临床效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore clinical effect of platelet rich plasma therapy after surgery incision fat liquefaction. Methods Choose 80 patients with after surgery incision fat liquefaction from January 2007 to December 2011 in our hospital, and they were divided into two groups by random sampling principle,39 cases in control group were treated with conventional treatment, while 41 cases in research group were treated with platelet rich plasma treatment in the basis of control group. Observe the effect of two groups. Results There were not incision infection in the two groups,and were compared with the control group,the patients of reserach were granulation fully,necrotic tissue removed,blood supply,rosy and good health,compared with average healing time of control group were （17.1 ±3.9）d,verage healing time of research group were （9.3±3.1）d. Increased significantly, significant difference,there was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Clinical curative effect of platelet rich plasma therapy after surgery incision fat liquefaction is remarkable,it is worth of clinical promotion.
