复方甘草酸苷联合米诺地尔液治疗斑秃疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合2%米诺地尔液治疗斑秃的疗效和安全性。方法:将89例斑秃患者随机分成两组,治疗组46例,给予口服复方甘草酸苷50mg,3次/日,胱氨酸100mg,3次/日,2%米诺地尔液局部外用,2次/日;对照组43例,给予口服胱氨酸100mg,3次/日,2%米诺地尔液局部外用,2次/日。疗程共12周。结果:治疗组有效率为82.61%,对照组有效率为67.44%,两组疗效有统计学差异,均未见明显不良反应。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合2%米诺地尔液治疗斑秃疗效好、安全。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of compound glycyrrhizin combined with topical 2% minoxidil in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods 89 cases with alopecia areata were divided into two groups randomly. Patients in the treatment group and the control group were given cystine 100mg three times a day and topical 2% minoxidil twice daily. At the same time, the patients in the treatment group were given compound glycyrrhizin 50mg three times a day for 12 weekes. Results The response rates were 82.61% and 67.44% respectively. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. No significant adverse events were found. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with topical 2% minoxidil is effective and safe in the treatment of alopecia areata.
