个性化手术矫治上睑皮肤松弛疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探索一种个性化手术矫正上睑皮肤松弛的有效方法和临床效果。方法:按照个性化特点,依据上睑皮肤松弛程度,分别选择重睑切口、眉下缘切口、眉上缘切口,而且对其临床疗效进行总结分析,从而寻找治疗上睑皮肤松弛的最佳手术方法。结果:本组60例患者术后1周恢复较自然,未出现感染及视物模糊等并发症。所有患者通过3个月～2年随访,上睑皮肤松弛均明显改善,未见明显切口瘢痕,鱼尾纹基本消失,睑部外形均较满意。结论:对上睑皮肤松弛手术治疗者,应根据个性化的特点,上睑皮肤松弛程度,眉的外形等情况,而选择不同的手术方式,可取得最佳的临床效果。Objective Explore an effective way and clinical effect for a personalized surgical correction of upper eyelid skin laxity. Methods In accordance with the characteristics of personalized and the degree of loose skin, use double eyelid incision, incision in the below eyebrow and upper eyebrow to find the best method of treatment of upper eyelid skin laxity. Results 60 patients had natural shape in one week and no complications, such as infections and. blurred vision. Within 3 months to 2 years visiting, relaxations of the upper eyelid skin were significantly improved. No obvious scar, the wrinkles basically disappear and satisfactory appearance of eyelid. Conclusion Upper eyelid skin laxity should choose different surgical approaches based on the characteristics of personalized, degree of loose skin and eyebrow＇s shape in order to achieve the best clinical effects.
