摘 要:目的:探讨低温等离子辅助下悬雍垂腭咽成形术(UPPP)治疗方式和临床效果。方法:选择阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hyopnea syndrome,OSAHS)患者87例,随机分成治疗组45例和对照组42例。治疗组采用低温等离子辅助下悬雍垂腭咽成形术,对照组进行传统的悬雍垂腭咽成形术,观察两组手术时间、出血量及术后治愈率。结果:等离子辅助组与传统的术式组比较其手术时间、出血量明显减少(P<0.05)。随访3个月,两组治愈率无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:等离子辅助的UPPP为治疗0SAHS的有效方法,其临床效果明显优于传统的术式。Objective To investigate the clinical application and efficacy of low-temperature plasma operating system in uvulopalatopharyngoplasty. Methods 87case of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hyopnea syndrome were randomly divided into control group (45)and treatment group(42),the control group was given conventional uvulopalatopharyngoplasty,the treatment group were treated with plasma-assisted uvulopalatopharyngoplasty. Results following up 3 mongths the recouery rate of two groups were of no statistical significance (P 〉0.05). However,the operating time and transoperative bleeding of the experimental group were obviously lower than control group, and there was significant difference two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Low-temperature plasma operating system in uvulopalatopharyngoplasty is ideal of favourable perspectixe,which has advantages of short operation time,few blood loss, safety and effect.
