摘 要:目的:应用同步辐射光源的相干性,进行肾脏组织的类同轴成像研究,在前期研究的基础上进一步评价相位衬度成像技术在肾脏组织成像及研究病变模式方面的意义。方法:在上海光源BL13W1线站,取经过甲醛溶液固定后的小鼠肾脏组织样品,置于类同轴光路的样品架上进行成像,以空间分辨率和组织衬度作为评价标准,比较不同年龄的肾脏的形态、结构差异。结果:在样品与成像板距离Z为150cm获得的肾脏成像,具有较高的组织衬度,年龄在10个月、18个月与年龄24个月小鼠肾脏的形态及血管均存在明显差异。结论:类同轴技术能较好显示肾脏的微细解剖结构,而对于适龄和老龄的肾脏之间存在着的血管模式、形态上的差异对于我们在某种程度上研究肾脏的老化特征有一定的诊断价值。Purpose: Basing on the coherence character of synchrotron radiation (SR), kidney investigation was performed with in-line outline X-ray imaging (IOXI) technology. Aim to evaluate the latent value in study of disease mechanism with phase contrast imaging technology. Methods: The experiments were performed in the BL13W1 of the SSRF (Shanghai synchrotron radiation facility). The kidney samples were fixed with formalin solution, and they were put on the shelf and imaged in in-line outline X-ray imaging (IOXI) setup. The spatial resolution and tissue contrast were served as evaluate element, and the differences of shape and structures among the kidneys of different ages were compared. Results: When the distance was 150cm between the samples and the imaging plate, good contrast and high resolution were obtained in the in-line outline X-ray imaging (IOXI), the renal capsule was revealed well, and the resolution reached to 30micron, there was significant difference in the shape and vessels structures among the mice at different ages. Conclusion: The vessels and minute structure of kidney are well present with in-line outline X-ray imaging (IOXI). The difference in shape and vessels structure between the young and old mouse kidney may indicate that aging kidney could be studied with in-line outline X-ray imaging (IOXI) technology.
