摘  要:目的:随着临床对骨科脊柱患者影像检查的要求和质量的提高,我们配合临床拍摄了分别为站立位和卧位的2组腰椎片进行对比,探讨站立位与卧位的优劣,并寻求一种简单易行,能更好地显示腰椎阳性征象的检查方法。方法:数字化X线摄影机,50例站立位拍摄的腰椎片与50例卧位拍摄的腰椎片,患者平均年龄为43岁(24~72岁),其中男性59例,女性41例;立位片平均用时94s,卧位片平均用时166s。结果:站立位拍摄的腰椎片更能反映腰椎病变的实际情况,在摄片质量上减少了体位不正的概率,提高了一级片率,拍摄时间平均减少72s。结论:在患者能配合摆放标准体位的情况下,站立位腰椎拍摄可以替代部分卧位腰椎拍摄。Purpose: To discuss the feasibility of standing radiography of the lumbar spine in displaying the lumbar positive signs. Methods: One hundred cases undergone lumbar radiography were enrolled in our study, fifty of them were used standing position, and fifty of them were used decubitus position. Of all the cases, the average age was 43 years old (24-72 years old), 59 cases were male, and 41 cases were female. The mean filming time for those with standing position was 94 seconds, and for decubitus position was 166 seconds. Results: Lumbar radiography with standing position could reflect the actual situation of lumbar spine lesions, and could reduce the rate of inaccurate position. The mean filming time could be reduced in 72 seconds. Conclusion: In cooperated patients, the lumbar radiography with decubitus position can be replaced with standing position.
