摘 要:加装风帆后船体的结构强度会发生明显变化,为更加准确地评估、校核加装风帆后船体的强度问题,选取某成品油船的货油舱段为研究对象,采用大型有限元软件ANSYS进行分析计算,参照《油船结构强度直接计算分析指南》规范进行校核,分析加帆后船体的受力特点并提出加强措施,为结构优化设计及有效控制结构重量提供可靠依据,也可为修订加装风帆船的结构强度规范提供有益的借鉴。The hull structure strength will be changed significantly with a sail refitted. In this article, the oil cargo tank of a product tanker is selected to be a research object. The evaluation and checking of hull structure strength are focused on. The large-scale finite element software ANSYS is used for calculation and analysis. Guide of Direct Calculation for Oil Tanker Structure Strength is quoted as a reference. The mechanical characteristics of hull in sail-assisted ships are analyzed. The strengthening measures are proposed, which provide reliable methods to the optimizing of ship structures, effective control of ship structure weight. In addition, it can provide a beneficial reference to the amendment of structure strength standards in sail-assisted ships.
