摘 要:探讨了高层建筑混凝土剪力墙结构优化设计的基本原则,针对某板式高层混凝土剪力墙住宅,建立了6个结构布置方案,并进行了建模和计算,分析了结构楼层侧移刚度、位移和位移比、刚度比、剪重比和地震力、楼层地震剪力、周期比等指标的变化规律。通过控制结构水平位移和抗侧移刚度,以钢筋和混凝土用量最小为优化目标,对剪力墙结构方案进行优化。分别通过改变层数和平面尺寸,进一步分析不同高宽比对结构材料用量的影响,并通过回归分析,得到了高宽比和材料用量的关系。根据剪力墙结构优化设计的结果,提出了板式高层住宅剪力墙结构优化后的材料用量建议值,可为类似工程的结构设计提供参考。The principle of structural design optimization for a high-rise building with shear-wall structure was introduced. Six shear-wall layouts of this residential building with rectangle shape were proposed. These six structural models were established by using the SATWE software. Parameters including story lateral stiffness and the stiffness ratio, displacement and the displacement ratio, the ratio between the story shear and the total upper story weight, story seismic shear, the torsional period to translation period ratio were analyzed, respec- tively. By controlling the displacement and the material consumption to the minimum level, these six structure layout options were compared and an optimal one was determined. The influence of the height-to-width ratio of the building plan on material use was analyzed by changing the stories and the size of structural plan. Rela-tions between the height-to-width ratio and material use were obtained by a regressive analysis. Finally the op-timal material cost was suggested for the residential building with rectangle plane.
