大庆监测塔巨型钢管塔柱节点受力性能分析

摘  要:大庆监测塔塔身采用巨型钢管塔柱结构,钢管塔柱上交汇多根横斜杆,交汇处应力分布很复杂,这类交汇节点的设计为大庆监测塔设计的关键点。通过对节点进行非线性有限元分析,研究了巨型钢管塔柱与多根支管相贯连接节点的受力特点和破坏模式,并对节点是否设置加劲肋进行对比,分析表明节点内设置加劲能够显著提高节点承载力、刚度和局部稳定,改善节点区域的应力分布。Large-diameter steel tube columns were used in the Daqing Monitoring Tower. Several branch pipes are connected to the steel columns and such steel tubular joints are the key components in the design of Daqing Monitoring Tower due to their complexity in stress distribution. In this paper, nonlinear finite element analyses were carried out to study the mechanical characteristics and failure modes of steel tubular joints. By comparing stiffened joints and unstiffened joints, conclusions were drawn that the tubular joints strengthened by stiffeners had higher stiffness, bearing capacity and local stability than those without stiffeners. Stress dis-tribution of stiffened joints was also improved.
