内生菌NL-215对霍山铁皮石斛试管苗生长的影响

摘　　要：目的研究内生菌对霍山铁皮石斛试管苗生长的影响。方法运用植物组织培养技术,无菌试管苗加内生菌感染60 d后测定霍山铁皮石斛试管苗各项生长指标。结果内生菌处理试管苗的各个测定指标与对照相比分别为其:植株净增重2.63倍,株高1.25倍,分株数1.14倍,根数1.27倍,新增叶数1.29倍,新芽数2.06倍;叶绿素a增加了38.28%,叶绿素b增加了43.93%,糖增加了45.93%。结论内生菌NL-215对霍山石斛试管苗的生长有显著促进作用。Objictive To study effects of the endophytic fungi NL-215 on tube plants growth of Dendrobium officinale Kirnura et Migo from Huoshan. Methods The growth of tube plants were analyzed by tissue technology inoculated with the Endophytic Fungi strain NL-215 after 60 days. Results The highness of tube plants inoculated with the strain NL-215 were 1.25 times of the control, the increased fresh weight 2.63 times, the number of cent individual plants 1.14 times, the number of roots 1.27 times, new leaves 1.29 times and new sprouts 2.06 times. At the same time, The content of chlorophyll a increased by 38.28%, chlorophyll b increased by 43.93% and polysaccharide increased by 45.93%, respectively. Conclusion The tube plants growth of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo from Huoshan were promoted by the Endophytic Fungi strain NL-215 inoculated.
