某三甲医院门急诊头孢菌素类抗菌素处方分析

摘　　要：目的了解医院门急诊头孢菌素类抗菌素使用情况,促进合理用药,保障患者用药安全。方法抽取某三甲医院2012年1月至12月使用头孢菌素类药物的处方2 400张,按照2010年版《医院处方点评管理规范》、2012年版《抗菌药物临床应用管理办法》及2010年版《中国药典临床用药须知》等,对用药情况进行总结和分析。结果不合理处方235张,占9.79%,主要表现在抗菌药物选择不当、用法用量不当、联合用药不当、溶媒选用不合理。结论应进一步规范头孢类抗菌素的使用,促进合理用药,保障患者用药安全有效。Objective To investigate the use of cephalosporins use in out-patient department. Methods Randomly 2400 out-patient or emergency prescriptions during the year 2012 were sampled and analyzed to summarize the prescriptions according to Management Standard of Hospital Prescription Comments, Instructions of the Clinical Application of Antibiotics or Pharmacopoeia of People ＇s Republic of China （2010 edition）. Results 235 irrational prescriptions were found（ accounting for 9.79% ）, including improper use of antimicrobial drugs, inappropriate dosage,improper combination therapy, unreasonable solvent use, etc. Conclusion Although cephalosporins prescriptions of out-patientl are reasonable on the whole, the quality of the prescription writing should be further improved for ration- al drug use.
