摘 要:气候因子对植物的生长及其有效成分含量有重要影响,为寻找淡竹叶优质产区,有效保护和开发利用淡竹叶资源,本文采用高效液相色谱法,研究了14个淡竹叶产地中7种有效成分的含量差异,结合灰色关联度分析,探讨其与气候因子的关系。实验结果分析表明:降水量为有机酚酸类成分的气候主导因子,7月份均温和年平均气温为影响淡竹叶中黄酮类成分含量的气候主导因子。7月份均温、年平均气温和降水量可作为寻找和开发淡竹叶道地产区的参考指标。本研究为科学合理保护和开发淡竹叶资源,开展淡竹叶GAP种植研究,保证中成药生产原料质量提供科学依据和参考。Climate factors play an important role in the growth and the contents of effective constituents of Herba Lophatheri. In order to find the high quality production place, protect and utilize the resources of the herbs effectively, the content indicate that rainfall was the leading climatic factor that influenced the content of phenolic acid, meanwhile July average temperature and annual average temperature were the factors that effected the content of flavonoid. As a result, Rainfall, July average temperature and annual average temperature could be regarded as the reference indexes of finding and developing the genuine producing area of Herba Lophatheri. This research may provide the scientific basis and references for the reasonable protection and development of the resources, the research on GAP, and the raw material quality assurances of the Chinese patent drugs.
