摘　　要：目的:建立赤芝水提取物中灵芝酸A的含量测定方法。方法:采用C8柱(150mm×4.6mm,3.5μm),以乙腈-0.1%醋酸进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:256nm,柱温:22℃。结果:样品中灵芝酸A分离较好,灵芝酸A的线性范围为15.32～306.4μg·mL-1(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.4%。结论:不同产地的赤芝水提取物中灵芝酸A含量有一定的差别,但该法简便、易行,为赤芝水提取物质量控制提供了参考依据。Objective： To establish a method for determination of ganoderic acid A in Ganoderma sinensis water extracts by using high performance liquid chromatograph with Diode array detector. Methods： A Cscolumn （250 mm ×4.6mm,3.5μm） was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonetrile - 0. 1% acetic acid by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 256 nm and column temperature was maintained at 22 ℃. Results： The calibration curves of ganoderie acid A was linear in the range of 15.32 - 306. 4 μg·mL^-1 （ r = 1. 000 0） . The average recovery was 99.4%. Conclusion： There is some difference in ganoderic acid A content of different origin Ganoderma lucidum water extracts, but this method is simple and reliable for quality control of Canoderma lucidum water extracts.
