摘　　要：[目的]探究植物内生真菌R1醇提取物对大豆、玉米、水稻生长的影响。[方法]运用醇提取物处理大豆、玉米、水稻苗,测量各种生长指标。[结果]与复合肥、S-诱抗素相比,发现R1菌丝提取物能够显著地提高3种作物的多个生长指标。[结论]植物内生真菌R1菌丝提取物中含有调节植物生长的植物激素。[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of mycelium alcohol extract of endophytic fungi R1 on the growth of soybean,corn and rice.[Method]Alcohol extract was used to treat soybean,corn and rice seedlings and the growth indices were measured.[Result] After comparative study with compound fertilizer and S-ABA,mycelium extract of R1 could significantly improve the growth indices of three crops.[Conclusion] The mycelium alcohol extract of endophytic fungi R1 contained plant hormones.
