摘 要:采用奈氏试剂比色法、磷钼酸比色法等,对山东裕隆煤矿周边农田脲酶、蔗糖酶等土壤酶活性进行了测定,分析了土壤重金属污染状况与土壤酶活性的相关关系。结果表明,煤矿周边土壤环境受到不同程度的Cr、Hg、Pb、Zn污染,从矿区中心到外围重金属污染程度逐渐减轻,而土壤酶活性则不断提高,其中以脲酶活性增加最明显。多元回归模型显著性结果表明,重金属元素对土壤酶活性有不同的作用。可见,采用酶活性构筑的土壤信息系统的总体酶活性来表征矿区土壤的重金属污染状况是可行的。Soil enzymatic activities such as urease and invertase were determined in areas by Nesslers reagent colorimetric method and Mo-Phosphate colorimetric method in Yulong coal mine,Shandong Province.The index of heavy metal pollution and the relationship between the activities of soil enzymes were analyzed.The results showed that the contents of heavy metals in contaminated soils were higher than those in non-polluted soils and the enzyme activities were decreased significantly with increasing contamination.The result of multivariate regression model test indicated that the elements of soil heavy metals have different influence on the soil enzymatic activities.It is feasible to use this index as primary biochemical parameter to evaluate heavy metals compound pollution.
