20%咪鲜胺水乳剂防治香蕉炭疽病效果评价

摘　　要：[目的]评价20%咪鲜胺水乳剂对香蕉炭疽病的防治效果及对作物的安全性。[方法]于2010～2011年研究了3个浓度的20%咪鲜胺水乳剂处理对香蕉炭疽病的防治效果。[结果]20%咪鲜胺水乳剂有效成分量在333.3～500.0 mg/kg时可有效防治香蕉炭疽病,20%咪鲜胺水乳剂有效成分量为333.3、500.0 mg/kg时和对照药剂25%咪鲜胺水乳剂有效成分量为333.3 mg/kg时对香蕉炭疽病的防治效果无显著差异,但三者的防治效果均显著高于20%咪鲜胺水乳剂有效成分量为250.0 mg/kg时,且在供试剂量下对香蕉植株生长无致害性影响。[结论]20%咪鲜胺水乳剂可作为香蕉炭疽病的轮换用药,推荐其有效成分量为333.3～500.0 mg/kg。[Objective] The aim was to evaluate the control effect of 20% Prochloraz EW on controlling banana anthracnos and safety to crops.[Method] Control effects of 20% Prochloraz EW at three concentrations on banana anthracnos were studied from 2010 to 2011.[Result] The 20% Prochloraz EW at 333.3-500.0 mg/kg could control banana anthracnos effectively;there were no significant difference in the control effects of 333.3 and 500.0 mg/kg 20% Prochloraz EW and 333.3 mg/kg contrast agent 25% Prochloraz EW on banana anthracnos,but the control effects of above three groups were significantly higher than that of 250 mg/kg 20% Prochloraz EW;20% Prochloraz EW had no harmful effect on the banana fruit.[Conclusion] 20% Prochloraz EW could be applied on rotation use to control banana anthracnos,and its application dose of effective component was 333.3-500.0 mg/kg at the beginning of disease occurrence.
