摘  要:[目的]为南方白甲鱼饲料中各营养成分的配比提供参考。[方法]分别采用福林-酚试剂法、碘-淀粉比色法、碱滴定法及吸光度测定的方法测定了蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶的最适pH,并比较了各消化酶的活性。[结果]蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶的最适pH分别为:7~7.5、7.5~8、6.5~7.5。南方白甲鱼不同组织蛋白酶活性大小顺序为:前肠>后肠>肝胰腺>中肠>胆;淀粉酶活性大小顺序为:肝胰腺>胆>中肠>前肠>后肠;脂肪酶活性大小顺序为:肝胰腺>胆>中肠>前肠>后肠。[结论]南方白甲鱼是一种杂食性或偏草食性的鱼类,对糖类物质有较强的消化能力。[Objective] The research aimed to provide references for matching the nutritional components in the feed of O.gerlach.[Method] The optimum pH for protease,amylase and lipase were determined by using forint-phenol reagent method,iodine-starch colorimetry,alkali titration method and absorbance measurement method.And the activities of different digestive enzymes were compared.[Result] The optimum pH for protease,amylase and lipase were 7-7.5,7.5-8 and 6.5-7.5 respectively.The activity order of protease in different tissues of O.gerlach was foregut> hindgut > hepatopancreas> midgut> gall bladder.The activity order of amylase in different tissues of O.gerlach was hepatopancreas> gall bladder>midgut> foregut> hindgut.The activity order of lipase in different tissues of O.gerlach was hepatopancreas> gall bladder> midgut> foregut> hindgut.[Conclusion] Onychosotoma gerlach is polyphagous or herbivorous fishes and it has strong ability to digest carbohydrate.
