摘　　要：以皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区为研究对象,充分考虑新增建设用地监管工作的现实迫切需要和政府行业管理的技术需求,运用归纳总结法建立了科学合理的新增建设用地动态监管指标体系,确立了新增建设用地动态监管的模式、技术方法和设备,为实现新增建设用地动态监管提供了前提和基础。With Wanjiang undertaking industrial transfer demonstration area as study object,fully considering newly-increasing construction land supervision work reality urgent needs and the government industry management technical requirements,the summary method was adopted to establish a scientific and reasonable dynamic supervision index system,determine the mode,technical method and equipments of the dynamic supervision,which will provide a basis for realizing newly-increasing construction land dynamic supervision.
