基于GDP的土地利用结构优化研究——以雅安市雨城区为例

摘　　要：以多年乡镇土地利用结构和衡量乡镇经济状况的指标GDP为基础数据,以经济效益好的乡镇为样板,通过多元线性相关回归分析,确定影响乡镇经济状况(GDP)的主要土地利用类型,建立土地利用结构优化原则和模型,并对四川省雅安市雨城区乡镇土地利用结构进行目标优化和效果预测。结果表明,优化后的土地利用结构更加合理,稳定了耕地数量,适量增加了园地和建设用地,大幅度减少林地,使全区GDP总量和单位面积量增加了近1倍,同时兼顾了社会效益和生态效益。With land use structure and GDP in township as basic data,selecting good economic returns township in Yucheng district as the research sample,using linear regression analysis method,the impact of the township economic conditions（GDP） of the main land use types was determined,the principle of optimization of land use structure and model was established,land use structure was optimized and the effect was forecasted.The results showed that,optimization of land use structure is more reasonable,which could stabilize the amount of arable land,increase the amount of parkland and land for construction,substantial reduction in woodland,the region’s total GDP and per unit area increased by nearly one times,taking into account the social and ecological benefits.
