摘  要:采用15%和25%聚乙二醇(PEG6000)处理模拟自然干旱胁迫条件,对60个圆果种黄麻品种进行萌发期抗旱试验。结果表明,不同黄麻品种对PEG干旱胁迫表现差异显著,其中根长、芽长、发芽率和发芽指数的抗旱系数随着PEG浓度的提高而显著降低。对黄麻抗旱系数进行聚类分析,将60个品种划分成A、B、C、D和E共5大类群,C类群和D类群的品种抗旱性较强,E类群品种的抗旱性差,A类群和B类群品种的抗旱性差异较大;其中抗旱品种占16.7%,不抗旱品种占40%,相对抗旱品种占43.3%。PEG胁迫处理可以作为黄麻抗旱性资源筛选的重要手段。In our experiment, 15% and 25% polyethylene glycol (PEG 6000) were used to simulate the natural drought conditions. Under the artificial stress, the responses of 60 different varieties of jute (Corchorus L) in seed germination stage were studied. The results showed that the drought-resistance coefficients of the root length, shoot length and germination drought tolerance were reduced significantly as PEG concentration increased. By a cluster analysis, the jutes were, then, categorized into A, B, C, D and E groups each consisting of 18, 8, 7, 3 and 24 varieties, respectively. The jutes in the C and D groups were highly drought tolerant, while those in the E group poorly. Those in the A and the B groups were markedly different in their resistances to drought. In all, 16.7% of the varieties tested showed a strong, 40% medium and 43.3% weak drought resistance. It appeared that the PEG stress test could be used to evaluate the drought tolerance potential of jute in seed germination stage.
