摘  要:煅烧炉工作环境为高温、高压,整个系统频繁振动,这就要求系统上安装的波纹膨胀节有很高的抗振动疲劳能力,同时波纹管材料要有很好的耐高温腐蚀性能。文中简单介绍煅烧炉用金属波纹膨胀节的工作条件、波纹管疲劳寿命提高方法、波纹管材料选择及耐应力腐蚀能力、波纹膨胀节现场应用情况等。煅烧炉用金属波纹膨胀节已应用在化工厂,产品满足现场运行要求。The working environment of a calcine is high temperature and high pressure.The whole system vibrates frequently.This requires that corrugated expansion joints to be installed in the system have a high vibration resistance fatigue ability.At the same time,the material of metal bellows need to have high temperature corrosion resistance.This paper introduces the working conditions,the method to improve the fatigue life,the material selection,the corrosion resistance ability,and field application,etc about metal corrugated expansion used in the calciner.Metal corrugated expansion joints used in the calciner have been already applied chemical plants and met the operation requirements.
