摘　　要：根据实际操作经验,对C180MX3N2型透平式氮压机二级转子与扩压器摩擦造成振动连锁停车的原因做出了分析,并采用相应措施对叶轮及扩压器进行了修复处理,提出改进措施,以保证氮压机的稳定安全运行。Based on the actual operation experience, Analyzed the reason of shutdown caused by friction between the C180MX3N2 nitrogen compressor secondary rotor and diffuser and adopted corresponding measures to repair the impeller and diffuser , put forward the improvement measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of nitrogen compressor.
