摘  要:目的探讨KGM对高脂高糖膳食诱导肥胖大鼠血清脂联素的影响。方法将6周龄30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为三组:对照组(C)、肥胖组(O)、肥胖+葡甘聚糖组(OK)。其中O组OK组喂以高脂高糖膳食,OK组每天下午灌胃魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)。每周测量每组大鼠体重,11周后取材测定大鼠血清TC、TG、APN的蛋白含量。结果①与C组相比,O组大鼠体重显著上升,血清TC(P<0.01)和TG(P<0.05)含量均显著升高,血清脂联素水平显著下降(P<0.01)。②KGM可以减轻OK组肥胖大鼠体重,降低肥胖大鼠血清TG(P<0.01)和TC(P<0.01)及脂联素含量(P<0.01)。结论 KGM能显著降低肥胖大鼠血清脂联素水平,改善肥胖症状。Objective To explore the effect of KGM on the form of obesity rats induced by high-fat and high-carbohydrate diet. Methods The study objects were 30 6-week-old male SD rats,weight 180~220g,then the 50 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,those were,control group(C) ,obesity group(O) ,obesity with KGM group(OK) ,The O group and OK group feed with high fat and sugar diet,and OK group feed with KGM every afternoon. 11 weeks later,serum APN、TC and TG in each group of rats were examined. Results ①Compared with C group,the body weight significantly increased,serum TC(P〈0.01) and TG content (P〈0.05) were significantly increased,serum adiponectin level significantly decreased( P〈0. 01) in O group rats ②Supplying KGM could lower the level of serum TC(P〈0.01) and TG contents (P〈0.01) by high-fat diet in OK group rats . In addition,it can significantly increased the contents of serum APN(P〈0. 01) . Conclusion KGM could has significantly reduced serum adiponectin in obesity rats,and improve the symptoms of obesity.
