摘  要:哈拉哈塘水平井段采用Ф152.4mm的井眼,下入Ф127mm的尾管,环空间隙只有Ф12.7mm,尾管下入过程中摩阻大,管柱不能顺利下到井底。对哈拉哈塘超深水平井窄间隙尾管下入的可行性进行了分析。研究表明,超深水平井窄间隙尾管下入时,尾管所受的摩阻小于管柱自身的重量,这样可以顺利下入井底,并且不会发生屈曲;套管通过的最大井眼曲率大于实际井眼曲率,能够确保套管顺利通过弯曲段;使用大刚度的钻具组合模拟通井可以保证尾管的安全下入。The diameter of horizontal wellbole is usually Ф152.4mm in Halahatang Block,and then Ф127mm liner is run in,which causes high friction whem the annular clearance is only Ф12.7mm,the string can not be smoothly run into the bottom.The trip-ability of liner is analyzed in narrow clearance of ultra-deep horizontal well.The results show that the friction of liner is less than the weight of its own which can smoothly run into the bottom and without buckle when the liner runs in;the biggest curvature of casing through is more than the actual hole curvature which makes casing pass through the bending section smoothly;the simulation drifting by BHA with big stiffness can ensure liner run in safely.
