摘 要:随着对电网进行"普遍提高,重点加强"的差异化规划研究的深入,对差异化规划后的电网进行经济性评估尤为重要。以全寿命周期成本理论为基础,结合灾害经济学中"有无对比"的计算原理,提出一种电网差异化规划经济性评估方法。将差异化的加强成本与减损效益提取出来,在全寿命周期内进行资产管理,直观比较差异化规划电网的经济性,并提出了差异化规划设计经济性评估的量化指标IR。算例分析表明,该指标计算简单,具有实际工程应用价值。With the further research of grid differentiated planning based on the principle of general increasing and key strengthening, it is particularly important to evaluate the economical efficiency of differentiated planning. This paper proposes an economic evaluation method of difibrentiated planning grid which is based on the life-cycle cost theory and combined with the disaster economics principle of with and without antitheses. Extracting the strengthening cost and the benefit of loss reduction of the differentiated planning and managing assets in the whole life cycle, and then comparing the economical efficiency intuitively. At the same time, an economic evaluation quantitative indicator IR is put froward, and example shows that the index calculation is simple, and of practical engineering application value.
