摘　　要：劳动力分配是企业生产过程中的一个重要环节,线性规划是劳动力分配问题的常用数学模型。依据企业生产的实际情况,建立了劳动力分配问题的线性规划模型。The labor distribution is an important link in the process of enterprise production, linear programming is a mathematical model used in the problem of labor distribution. The paper establishes a linear programming model of labor distribution on the basis of the actual situation of enterprise production.
