摘　　要：目的:一种从人脐带血中快速提取基因组DNA的方法探索。方法:取新鲜抗凝脐带血,以无菌超纯水除去红细胞,再用碘化钾破碎白细胞,获取基因组DNA。结果:碘化钾法提取的基因组DNA经电泳检测条带明亮,含量及纯度均较高,可用于PCR扩增。结论:本实验建立的脐带血基因组DNA提取方法具有操作简便、快速和低成本的特点,适用于临床检测和研究。Objective： To explore a rapid extraction of genomic DNA from human umbilical cord blood. Methods： fresh anticoagulant cord blood, sterile ultrapure water to remove the red blood cells, white blood cells and then potassium iodide broken for genomic DNA. Results： potassium iodide Extraction of genomic DNA by eleetrophoresis test. The band was bright, single and with high purity which can be used for PCR amplification. Conclusions： The establisbed cord blood genomic DNA extraction method is simple, rapid and low -cost, suitable for clinical testing and research.
