摘  要:目的:研究影响延胡索中原阿片碱(延胡索丙素)提取的各种因素,确定最佳提取工艺。方法:以提取液中原阿片碱的含量和纯度作为指标,通过L9(34)正交试验水平表考察氯仿浓度,氯仿-甲醇比例和萃取时pH值3个因素对提取工艺的影响,为延胡索中原阿片碱的提取工艺研究提供科学依据。结果:氯仿-甲醇(40∶1),原料的0.333倍量,在pH为9时提取为最佳提取条件。结论:该提取工艺简便合理,重复性好,可作为延胡索中原阿片碱的提取方法。Objective: The paper focused on the elements that influence the extraction of protopine from corydalis, so as to work out the best extraction process. Methods: Orthogonal experiment. The quant and purity of protopine in extract was used as an indictor. The concentration of chloroform, the ratio of chloroform and methanol and the extraction pH was observed and studied. All of the research could be scientific evidences for optimizing the extraction process of protopine from corydalis. Results: 40:1 of the ratio of chloroform and methanol, 0. 333eq. of start material and pH = 9 are the best choices for extraction. The process is very simple and has good repeatable character. Conclusions: In consideration of simpleness and convenience of the process, it can be used to extract protopine from corydalis.
