摘　　要：现代高层建筑逐步向多功能、综合用途发展,其结构形式、柱网布置等面临着巨大的挑战。为了实现上部为小开间的民用住宅,下部为大开间商场或公共娱乐场所的建筑结构形式,必须在上下不同的结构体系转换的楼层设置转换层。文章结合两种不同转换形式的高层建筑,对高层建筑转换层结构的设计进行了讨论,为同类建筑的结构设计提供参考。Modern high-rise building become multi-functional,the column layout faces enormous challenges.In order to realize that the upper part is residential and the lower is the big shopping malls,transfer story must be set within the different structural system floors.This paper discussed the design of high-rise building transfer story structure,and provide reference for the structural design of similar construction.
