摘　　要：索赔正成为国际工程承包项目管理中遇到的越来越重要的问题。如何更好地解决项目索赔问题成了几乎所有国际项目管理中的主要问题之一。论文以FIDIC施工合同条件(红皮书)为基础浅谈国际工程项目中的索赔管理。The claim now becoming more and more important in international project management.How to resolve this problem better is one of the main points in the management of international project.This article generally explains the claim management on the basis of Conditions of Contract for Works of Civil Engineering Construction of FIDIC（red book）.
