摘　　要：从总图平面布置、料坑布置、料车有效容积的确定及重心计算、料车卷扬机能力的选择、卷扬系统作业率、钢丝绳行程计算、上料斜桥设计、主卷扬机室设计等方面介绍了1200m^3高炉料车上料系统工艺设计。The Process design of skip charging system for 1 200 m^3 blast furnace is introduced from the following aspects： the general layout and material pit layout, the calculation of useful volume and center of gravity for skip car, the selection of skip hoist capacity, its operating rate, the calculation of length of travel for wire rope, the design of feeding skew bridge and main hoist room.
