摘  要:以澄迈长寿村为研究对象,采集生态系统中居民毛发、饮用水、农作物及其土壤样品,以氟离子选择性电极法测定样品中氟含量,探讨长寿村生态系统中氟的分布及其健康意义。结果表明,长寿村耕地土壤平均含氟量大多处于安全含量范围中的较高水平,饮用水中氟含量偏低;蔬菜对氟的富集性强于稻籽或米,其含氟量与生态环境的关系较密切;长寿村居民发氟含量处于文献报道一般地区居民发氟含量范围的较低水平,子女发氟含量略高于老人,但老人的发氟含量分布较稳定;长寿老人及其子女发氟含量,与生态系统中其它样品氟含量呈正相关,与村长寿统计数据呈正相关,尤其子女辈发氟含量与长寿统计数据高度正相关。Determination of fluorine in hair,drinking water,corps and soil sample in longevity elder's district ChengMai was performed by ISE method to investigate the distribution characteristics of fluorine content and healthy significance.Results showed that the average content of fluorine in irrigated soil from longevity villages ranged in a high safe level,while the content of fluorine in drinking water was low.The effectiveness of fluorine accumulation in vegetable was superior to rice and greatly related to the eco-environmental characteristics.The fluorine content of hair of longevity residents ranged in low level reported in general area residents,and the fluorine content in elder was relatively stable and low than that in children.A direct correlation was found not only between the fluorine content in the hair of elder and children and the fluorine content other samples in eco-environment,but also between the statistical data of longevity residents and the fluorine content in the hair of elder and children,especially in the case of fluorine content in children's hair,where a strong direct correlation between it and the statistical data of longevity residents was observed.
