摘　　要：概述了2012年俄罗斯钢铁和钢管工业的总体发展情况。介绍了俄罗斯各大钢管公司2012年的生产经营情况。2012年俄罗斯石油天然气工业部门对大直径电焊钢管的需求量减少,俄罗斯钢管工业未能延续前两年产量大幅增长的态势,且由于大直径电焊钢管的产量下降幅度过大,导致2012年俄罗斯的钢管总产量回落到1000万t以下;各大钢管生产企业的钢管产销量均出现不同幅度的下降。Briefed in the paper is the overall development situation of the iron ＆ steel industry and the steel tube-making industry of Russia in 2012. Also elaborated are the production situations of the country＇s major steel tube makers in the same year. In 2012, the demand from Russian oil and natural gas market place for large-sized electric-welded tubes was reduced, while the yearly output increase tendency of the steel tube industry which had been kept till the last two years stopped. Furthermore, due to the huge slide in capacity of large-sized electric-weld steel pipes, the total capacity of steel pipes in the country fell, after the rise, to a level bellow 10 million tons, and all the major steel tube manufacturers suffered more or less fall down of steel tube sales amount.
