摘  要:借助于X射线衍射技术,研究了304亚稳奥氏体不锈钢应变诱发马氏体相变倾向对化学成分的敏感性。液氮温度拉伸结果表明:C、Mn、Cr和Ni从标准范围的上限变化到下限,马氏体相变倾向显著增大,加工硬化明显提高。应变诱发α′马氏体相变倾向对C、Mn、Cr和Ni含量很敏感,要控制马氏体相变的发生,可通过优化C、Mn、Cr和Ni含量来实现。With employment of the X-ray diffraction technique,the influence on chemical sensibility of the 304 metastable austenitic stainless steel by its strain induction of martensitic phase transformation. Relevant tensile test made at liquid nitrogen temperature reveals that C,Mn,Cr and Ni are changed from the upper limit of the range as specified in the applicable standard to the lower limit thereof,while martensitic phase transformation tendency is significantly enhanced,and work-hardening is obviously increased. The strain-reduced α′-martensitic phase transformation tendency is very sensible to the contents of elements C,Mn,Cr and Ni. Therefore it is the way for preventing occurrence of martensitic phase transformation to optimize the contents of these elements.
