摘　　要：从生产工艺、工具和设备组成方面,对比分析了CPE机组与连轧管机组在生产小规格无缝钢管时的技术特点。分析认为:两种机组在生产品种、产品质量接近的情况下,CPE机组具有投资少、设备结构和操作简单、维护量小和运行成本低的特点,比连轧管机组有竞争优势。The technical features of the CPE pipe mill and the mandrel pipe mil are compared and analyzed in case of producing small-sized seamless steel pipes,involving such aspects as manufacturing process,operational tools and equipment configuration. Based on the analysis,it is concluded that with similar pipe types and product quality, the CPE mill,compared with the mandrel pipe mill,is in possession of such advantages as low initial investment, simplified equipment structure and operation procedure,small maintenance amount,and low operation cost,etc., having competitive superiority over the latter.
